About me

I will guide you towards regaining your serenity.

After studying psychology at Paris V University, I expanded my expertise through training in human resources, followed by neuroscience and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) at the École Française de Psychopraticiens.

Driven by a commitment to offer deeply effective and tailored support, I further trained in complementary approaches including Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Nonviolent Communication (NVC), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). These modalities allow me to work holistically, adapting each session to the unique needs of the individual.

My clinical experience includes working in hospital settings and SESSAD services, where I supported patients of all ages facing complex psychological and life challenges. I have also worked within nonprofit organizations, helping individuals navigate social reintegration, career transitions, and employment challenges.

Alongside my therapeutic work, I bring over 12 years of experience in luxury and multicultural environments, providing highly personalized support to VIP clients. I have worked closely with public figures during high-profile events, as well as with decision-makers and high-level talents, always within a framework of absolute confidentiality. These experiences have given me a refined understanding of the emotional and psychological pressures associated with high-performance and highly visible environments.

In 2023, I chose to specialize in supporting individuals struggling with eating disorders, particularly binge eating, bulimia, and compulsive eating behaviors. I obtained a University Diploma in the psychology and pedagogy of eating behaviors, equipping me with practical, results-oriented strategies to help clients break free from cycles of obsession and regain a peaceful relationship with food.

A deeply human and committed approach.

Through my experience, I have developed a profound understanding of:

  • The inner struggle of living with eating disorders that can become overwhelming and destructive

  • The silent suffering of adolescents searching for identity and belonging

  • The pressure faced by adults balancing high professional expectations with personal and family responsibilities

I offer a safe, non-judgmental space where each individual is fully heard and understood. My approach is integrative and results-driven, combining CBT, EMDR, ACT, and mindfulness to create meaningful and lasting change.

My intention is not only to help you feel better, but to help you reconnect with your inner stability, regain clarity, and move forward with confidence and autonomy.
